2008. Novotel Hotel, Liverpool. Lee Wakemans are pleased to be providing as Employer’s Agent service to Accor hotel group for this prestigious £16m project in the heart of Liverpool’s regeneration area. This is one of several projects for which Lee Wakemans are providing this service. The Liverpool scheme is due for completion in 2009.
