2008. Pontypridd Regeneration. Lee Wakemans have just been appointed as advisors to the Welsh Assembly Government for the Regenration of Pontypridd Town Centre. The ambitious scheme seeks to modernise the retail centre attracting major retailers to the area. This is part of a comprehensive overhaul for Pontypridd which will see more than £50m of investment from the Welsh Assembly.
