26 years experience in the construction industry, with experience in all aspects of professional cost management on a range of building types, e.g. hospital projects ranging from small extensions up to medium DGH and major PFI; Medium Hotel projects and small – mid sized Schools.
The majority of the schemes involved working extensively with the JCT form of contract. Most recently involved with working on the NEC form of contract on a new Burns Unit at Morriston Hospital, and agreement of the target cost of £6M with Willmott Dixon
