Ethan has a professionally trained traditional quantity surveying background and has developed the ability to recognise the wider implications of decisions on design, programme, construction and costs on a project as a whole. Ethan has worked in a variety of commercial and project management roles from inception to completion with a clear Client and Project focused approach. A mixture of site based positions over the last eight years enables Ethan to understand the day-to-day difficulties encountered managing construction projects and the relationship between forward planning and cost control. Ethan will broaden Lee Wakemans skill base and reinforce their commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding Clients expectations.
